    After repeated attempts to resolve the concerns with ****** face to face I was told they could not refund my money. Only after I contacted the state of Wisconsin dealer fraud investigator and filed a complaint did ****** decide to reconsider what I was requesting. 

    without the state of Wisconsin investigation ****** would have forced me to loose over $4,700.00

    d undercoating, yet neither of these services has been performed.I promptly reached out in person to inquire about a refund for these uninstalled items the next day. Regrettably, I was informed that since I "committed to them," no further action could be taken. However, I must emphasize that these two items were not installed, and I have no desire for them to be installed. Therefore, I respectfully requested a full refund for the charges related to these uninstalled options.Even after going back there to tell ****** a second time telling him I did not want the etching done or the undercoating Done they refused refunding my money for options that were not ever installed !

    ****** ****** spoke with the customer and resolved the issue to Mr. ***** satisfaction.  Warranty was canceled, and amounts charged for undercoating and vehicle etch were refunded.

    I have been contacting ****** Hyundai of Kenosha for months, trying to get a refund on an extended warranty that I purchased for a car that I traded in.

    I'm sorry for delay, this complaint was just recently forwarded to me.  I does take up to 90 days for customers to receive a warranty insurance refund and apologize for the delay.  I made sure to have the check sent out overnight mail and should receive a check for $1509.25 which is the prorated amount due to customer. Please see the attached check and overnight label.

    I went and picked up the check today and it's for the correct amount.  I'm sure I finally HAVE the check due to my complaint to the BBB and/or Contact 6.  Thanks so much for your help!

    w WHAT that IS. The *** on the 2022 Accent is *****************. The charge for the *** coverage was $995.00. Both vehicles were financed through Hyundai Finance, ************. I was told Hyundai Finance will send the refund to the dealership, and the dealership should send it to me. All I've received is a constant runaround from several employees at Hyundai Kenosha. On 3 November, it will be six months since I took delivery on the Elantra. All I'm asking for is the money that's due me from the dealership. Apparently, they could've deducted my *** refund from the cost of the vehicle, but that was not an option that was offered to me. Hopefully, the BBB can assist me with getting my refund. I appreciate your assistance very much!

    Data of transaction: April 16, 2024 Amount put down on vehicle: $2,000 Ever since the FIRST WEEK the car has had problem with oil consumption. By the 2nd week they were guessing what was wrong with the vehicle. They put it in shop said it was all fixed up (it wasnt same problem) I brung it back they tried to fix something else said it was all fixed. (same problem wasnt fixed) by the end of the month they asked if anyone offered me a warranty (No one did) so they put it back in shop by the 6th time. By the next time there systems went down and my engine light came on they offered to fix what was wrong but failed to fix the MAIN thing that was wrong OIL CONSUMPTION. Every WEEK . My oil pressure light comes on from Sunday-Saturday. By that Monday Im BEGGING them to fix the problem thats been there DAY 1. They offered to get me another car ONLY if I put a BIGGER down payment or have a co-signer. To me thats a waste of money to trust you again when I put $2,000 down already and by the first week a HUGE problem occurred. Having someone co-sign when the next car could be a bigger risk is something Im not willingly to do. This has caused such distress to me. I just want to enjoy my car and I cant do that. Before they offered another car I was never told of a co signer or more money down because the dealership knew they where at fault. Now that its been since April they are pounding me. I feel belittled and I dont know what to do.

    ontract out of their own free will. They added an additional $4,125 to my auto loan. While also taking an additional $421 during the purchase to apply as the down payment for the extended warranty. I attempted to rectify this issue by contact *******, the *** on 5/29/24 but he had no desire to even assist with the issue. I have attached the correspondence in attempt to rectify or even an explanation or clarification.

    Unfortunately, the second notice sent was the first one I have had the opportunity to review. I apologize for any confusion that *** have transpired with ****, and although ******************* was provided and signed all the documents pertaining to the sale of the vehicle as well as the warranty that was sold I will refund the additional down payment of $421 which was collected.  Please expect the refund within the next 14 days.
