    An order was placed on February 21, 2024. I have made several attempts to contact the seller without response. I have sent several emails dated May 7, 20, and 28 without reply. Additionally, I placed a phone call and left a message on May 31, again without response. I would either like to cancel the order or request prompt shipment.

    I have spoken to *************************, apologized for the lack of good communication, and explained the reasons for the delay.  The purchased table is in production and will be available to ship in ten days.  She was satisfied with my explanation, and still wanted the order completed.  I just left her a message with an update on the order's production.  New Breed Furniture LLC has never had this situation happen before, and is committed to never having a repeat performance.

    Please help resolve this matter and help a struggling small furniture business avoid a damaged reputation.
