On February 9,2023 the Pick'n'save location ************************************************************* charged my credit card $272.13 in addition to my initial purchase on a different card totaling $144.05. I was charged $272.13 on my second card when my purchased items should have only been a total of $20.98 for 2 stuffed animals. I used 2 forms of payment. My card was used to pay for the individuals behind me in line unbeknownst to me. When I asked for a receipt, one could not be produced. I was unaware that my card was charged at the time but found it strange that I was never given a receipt. Because I had to go to work I didn't have time to speak with customer service at the time, but the cashier assured me that things were fine. I discovered the total amount the following day. I later returned to the same location and spoke with a manager who submitted a ticket but never returned my lost funds. She informed me that the camera footage shows what happened and that I was over charged, and someone would get back to me with a refund. A refund was never given. When I called the manager back she informed me that the matter had been taken care of. I have made several attempts to contact the corporate office to no avail. Corporate office points me to the store and the store points me back to corporate. This has been a horribly stressful and frustrating ordeal. Please assist with getting my stolen funds returned to me. Thank you.
