  I would give them a zero star if I could. My husband called them on Monday because we had no heat. It is March and it was already under 55 degrees in the house. He told them the brand of furnace. They did not tell my husband that they probably won't have parts to fix it that day. They made an appointment to come out. After diagnosing it, they said it would be a couple days before they could get up the park. When I asked what I would do about heat their tech told me to go to ******* and buy space heaters and keep the receipt so that once the furnace was fixed to return them to *******. When I called to talk to the supervisor of the technicians about this, the supervisor tried to turn it around and say it was my fault i did not have heat because looked at my account and said that if I had replaced the part 2 years ago when they did a check up on my furnace and suggested we replace the part that I would have had heat. I called another company that day and they also did not have the part but found it locally and was able to fixed my furnace the same day. Wisconsin Fuel and Heating uses fraudulent practices against their customers and other local businesses to make money.

  ******, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and discomfort you've experienced with our service. Your concerns about what you were told regarding the space heater are completely valid, and as we explained on the phone, it would be (and was) addressed immediately with our technicians. We understand how critical it is to have reliable heating, especially in these cold months. Although we are primarily a Carrier and York dealer, we are able to work on all brands and are often able to obtain necessary parts the same day or next day. In this case, we had no local distributors who carried that part and ordered it for next day delivery. We are glad you were to find another company that was able to obtain the part for you from one of their distributors and are happy to hear they were able to get you heat the same day. We take your concerns very seriously, and we deeply regret that we did not meet your expectations.

  Always pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. Over the years they have installed 3 furnaces and provided many furnace and A/C tuneups and repairs including over a weekend that was sweltering.

  Wonderful communication from scheduling the call to completion. Danielle & Scott took time to explained the process in ways I would understand, they were patient & happily answered all my questions. They left the house as they found it, neat and clean.   Great communication from the beginning to the end. All technicians were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and respectful of property from the way they park their vehicles to the way they protect your floors. They were patient with me when they were explaining how to change the furnace filter and how to set up the new thermostat.
