    Hired ******************* of Floor 2 Ceiling in June to remodel our master bathroom. Paid half down ($12,500) to secure contractors and supplies and signed contract. **** cashed check the next day. Called a week later to push back our scheduled start date from July 3rd to July 10th. Tried to contact **** to confirm order of materials and received no reply. **** did not show up on July 10th. Attempted contact via phone, text, email, and ******** message. No reply for 5 days. Went to contractor's house to finally connect. **** stated some things came up and he lost his phone so he had no way of getting in contact with me. Couldn't give a new start date, so we requested refund. We also sent a certified letter requesting a refund. **** stated via text and email that we would receive our refund within one to two weeks. Then he extended it to a month. It has been 3 months since he cashed the check and we have not received a refund of any portion of our payment. **** could also not provide any receipts that he used the money we gave him for any materials for our project.

    I hired him to take out carpet put down new floors, paint cupboards new countertop The cupboards wern't painted right The countertop wasn't made right and instead if having it made the right way he made it fit where it was supposed to go
