    This is a transportaion company hired by our case worker to transport my husband to and from his dialysis treatments. Today was the 4th time they stranded him and we had to try and find him a way to his appointment. Never a phone call or warning. They either leave him at the clinic or at home. I want to make sure they will never do this to a person with disabilities again.

    In order to protect our other vulnerable customers that we transport we were not able to transport Mr. January for 4 days because he was sick.  We did have a computer glitch and he was not on our schedule on Jan 20th (Saturday).  Since this happened I did give her my cell numbers if there is any problems on Saturdays since the office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.  She has agreed us to continue transporting her husband.
