    Think twice before you even consider Keys 2 Credit Financial Solutions LLC for your credit repair! My experience? A complete disaster, thanks to Cedric ********. This guy claims to know credit repair but clearly can't see past the basics. My credit score? It tanked by 60 points right off the bat, and did Cedric warn me? Not a chance. His communication is a joke; always late, if he even bothers to show up, when he does show up he is totally unprepared. As part of the credit repair process you have to deal with the BBB and CFPB. Don't get me started on the BBB Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) fiasco. Cedric just flat-out ignored a crucial response he was supposed to make. His excuse? He thought I wanted to quit the process. Absolute nonsense! And the cherry on top? He suggests suing Chase with a lawyer who couldn't even take our case due to state lines. How could he not know that? It's basic credit law! The documents he sent were a mess, totally irrelevant. He clearly threw them together last minute, thinking it would shut me up. He had the nerve to promise me a refund for this train wreck of a service, but guess what? Still nothing. Dealing with Cedric and Keys 2 Credit Financial Solutions LLC was a colossal waste of my time and money. Furious doesn't even begin to cover it!
