      [********************************** is partnered with Comprehensive Orthopedics and shares all their practice and claims.  Not sure why Comprehensive Orthopedics is responding on behalf of ********************************** but their information is as follows:

      The issue and dispute clearly resides with the ************** and their timely claims submission.  The dispute should be resolved with both BCBS and themselves as I should not be held accountable for a claim from 2021 as I have no avenues to go back to my HSA and collect more funds.

      The physicians of Comprehensive Orthopaedics perform surgery at ********************************** however, the **** is a completely different business identity with their own billing department/practices.

       

      Our charges from Comprehensive Orthopaedics were billed and paid by the insurance company in June/July of 2021.

       

      In an attempt to assist the patient with rectifying the complaint, I will reach out to **** to see if I am able to help resolve the issue.
