      On 29 July, 2022 I placed a substantial online order of $912.13 to 'Team Grand Wagoneer". The order (#*****) was for a complete "Master Weatherstrip Kit 4 Door Full Size Jeep 1963-1991", to be used in the professional restoration of my 4-Door Full Size **** Jeep Wagoneer. We received the order in August 2022, delivering it to our restoration shop, Gold Tin ****************** in *******, **, ******. My body man, after opening and carefully reviewing each of the components, found items that do not fit the application they were intended/advertised to fit. I am attempting to arrange for my body man to speak directly with Team Grand Wagoneer, and after determining exactly which components are incorrect, have them immediately send out the correct items. I have called repeatedly during various times of the day/week and always during their stated business hours, and the call is always directed to a voice mail system. As requested, I have left voice messages that include my phone number, order number, and a short detailed message of my needs - expecting, as they indicate in the voice mail, a call back. I have not received a single response.Becoming suspicious of their legitimacy, or at very least, of their ability to provide appropriate customer service, I searched the internet, and was dismayed to find a number of similar complaints made against Team Grand Wagoneer/Kenosha County Classics, Inc., in particular as noted in their poor standing with the BBB. Team Grand Wagoneer has a very professional looking website (https://teamgrandwagoneer.com/), however their complete lack of customer service is unacceptable and appears scam-like. I quite simply just want the correct parts asap so that the restoration process of my **** Jeep Wagoneer can continue. Attached is an image showing my vehicle, ready for the re-installation of the weatherstripping components throughout. Any assistance by the BBB will be greatly appreciated. Time is of the essence.

      To begin, we apologize for your unsatisfactory experience with Team Grand Wagoneer. I have looked into this order, and I have not found any emails or concerns regarding the issue. To get this resolved, we will need your specific year and model if the Jeep and the list of items that you are having fitment issues with. Once we can verify what you have received, we can move forward with getting everything solved for you.
