    I submitted a request to cancel my 6 month subscription with ample time before the renewal deadline. This request was ignored by EarFleek, with absolutely no response. I was then charged for the 6 month subscription. I have since reached out to customer service almost daily asking for this to be rectified before the next month ships (I do not want their products), and they have ignored every email. I would discourage anyone from signing up for a subscription or buying EarFleeks products. This was disappointing for both me and the friend I gifted this subscription to. I will be spreading the word about this very poor experience.

    A waste of money. They send you earrings that are not reflective of your votes/choices. Large hoop earrings for an 8 year old. No exchanges. Total scam.

    Absolutely horrible service. I paid for 2 shipments I never received and they keep telling me to wait longer and longer to receive the goods. They keep saying that if I don’t receive them by x date (which keeps changing) that they can reship them, ignoring the fact that I have been asking for a refund NOT a reshipment. Almost at the point of filing a chargeback if they continue to ignore my refund request.

    I had asked for a cancellation of my account a couple of times due to broken earrings being sent to me along with other issues. I wasn't informed at first that I needed to do that through the account center. I was charged again after asking a few times for cancellation of my subscription. I then mentioned that I would be contacting the bank IF we couldn't work this out. They responded and told me how to cancel my subscription. I decided to stay on against my better judgment and for the next 3 months I didn't receive any earrings that I had already paid for. When I reached out this month, they admit that they did not send me anything for those three months, but kept my money. They told me that I threatened them with a chargeback, which never happened. Now I'm just trying to get what is owed to me and they refuse to send those three months of earrings to me until next month. I have now canceled my subscription, and I'm weary that I won't receive those three months worth of earrings or the replacement for damaged earrings (I was told an approximate shipping date for the replacement of the 17th, which is today and now I'm being told of the 27th.) I also have another 3 months that I just paid for prior to my cancellation. In all I'm owed seven pairs of earrings and I don't know if I'll ever receive any of them. Customer service is very quick with responding, but they are also quite condescending and entitled thinking they can keep somebody's money and not send them their products. I would definitely stay away from this company because even when I was receiving my shipments, I received duplicates, plastic junk, and the posts were always (literally always) bent on the earrings. Sometimes there was damage that couldn't even be fixed. That's what happens when you send earrings in an envelope and not a box. This review will be changed and updated if/when the company makes it right and if they don't leave any nasty condescending responses like they did for others.

    I had a monthly pay by month subscription I canceled my subscription they still charged my card again this time for 3 months in advance I complained they stated I didn’t cancel my subscription correct and now they charge in advance So I once again took the steps to cancel made sure I got a confirmation email of my cancellation… and they still charged my card there is no way to go on the site and remove my payment information. I emailed again and they still tried saying I never canceled sent screenshots to prove I did . I had to call my card and file a fraud charge and request them to be blocked from taking payments

    Cancellation must occur prior to renewal in order to avoid being charged. We are a very low cost service and cannot afford to handhold customers through the management of their EXTREMELY INEXPENSIVE subscriptions. If you attempt to receive shipments without paying for them by filing a fraudulent chargeback with your bank, that will be dealt with appropriately.

    Please read this before you decide to buy into this service:
    I have been a customer for 2 years and had a second subscription started last year for my daughter. Earrings have come in the mail broken or not the style we signed up for. Every month, my daughter and I either swap earrings or we just toss the style. I requested to cancel my subscription on August 2, 2022. I was ignored and figured I would finish the year up since it was almost over. Come November, there were ZERO reminder e-mails that state your subscription would be renewing. I e-mailed to request a cancellation of my services, thus terminating my subscription. I was informed my subscription was terminated, but that they would not be refunding my money as I did not cancel before the renewal. I am on an annual subscription. Not only was I not even informed of my renewal, I was also not informed that the cost of the subscription had gone up.
    I have read through the privacy policy, and nowhere does it state that refunds would not be given upon cancellation. In fact, this part of their privacy policy is extremely convoluted. I have requested a refund THREE TIMES, twice in two days and once on 8/2/22 and have not received anything back. This company has also ignored my follow up e-mails and has only refused to refund my money for a service that I have paid for and not received. This is theft. I've already filed a stop payment with my bank and am leaving this review in the hopes that someone will avoid these issues with this company.
    Cancellation is, indeed, easy, but refunds? Not so much. For a small company, you would think their customer service would be a lot better and more understanding in order to keep customers but turns out that it's worse than big companies. They seem desperate for money if they won't even refund a charge for an annual subscription that I have expressed more than once that I do not want.

    Every single one of your emails were responded to. We require customers to manage their own subscriptions. We cannot handhold customers who fail to do this. We are happy to cancel but the economic cost of servicing, refunding, dealing with the transaction fees involved, etc. is BURDENSOME, and we simply refuse to do this. Our service is EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE, and we do everything possible to keep it that way. When a customer grasps for everything imaginable eventually they just have to be told "NO."

    You have not responded to every e-mail because my last said I would file a dispute with my bank and report you on the BBB if there was no refund. You never responded to that e-mail so here we are.Amazon, Ipsy, utility companies, small businesses, and any other merchant in existence in 2022 have ZERO ISSUES refunding money, but because its burdensome for you, you refuse to do it. You call it handholding, but you cant even be bothered to send mass e-mails to customers with subscriptions ending, instead setting them up for you to take their money and continue their subscription. ASKING FOR A REFUND FOR A SERVICE OR SET OF GOODS I DID NOT RECEIVE IS NOT GRASPING, BUT IT IS THEFT. In other words, you are telling me Yes, you paid for a yearly subscription to end November 2023, but we cant be bothered to refund your money and our subscription cost is low, so you forfeit your money to us. You are an AWFUL business owner if you cant even provide refunds to paying customers because its too burdensome. You need to make that extremely clear when signing up. Just because you have a small business, youre suddenly speaking with a woe is me attitude when all I asked for is my money back from an ANNUAL subscription that had 12 MONTHS left on it. Regardless, I filed a dispute with my bank, received my money back, and now, you have to deal with them. Not sorry about it.POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: Do not purchase from Earfleek, whatever you do. This is the kind of business owner you will deal with and there will be zero resolutions. E-mails are time-stamped and you can see when responses are given (or not given as the owner claims).

    You cancelled after renewal and we can prove this. If you attempt to receive products without paying for them (stealing), which is what you are attempting by filing a fraudulent chargeback with your bank, that will be dealt with accordingly.

    That would be true ONLY if I had actually received goods from you or you had shipped ********************************* But, all you did was renew a virtual SUBSCRIPTION for physical products which I have NOT received because the time period renewed for December 2022 to November 2023. In other words, no physical goods were exchanged since you took payment on 11/15/22, and I asked for a refund, which you failed to provide due to being a small business and it was burdensome. I have ALL e-mail exchanges as well and will attach them to my bank documents showing you refused to refund me for product I have not received. I am not stealing since my money is currently in your possession and I have received nothing in exchange nor do I want anything from you. Once again, you can take it up with my bank.

    Once they have your card number you can’t shake them. I canceled twice PRIOR to the renewal date and then they charged my card a week before it was to renew anyway. I’ve got the paperwork to prove it. Some months they never even arrived. The earrings that actually showed up are juvenile. The boho babe selection sent ridiculously childish earrings like Alice in wonderland, clouds with smiles, ice cream cones, elephants, flying pigs…. I wouldn’t be surprised if everyone got the same earrings regardless of category. Their customer service is absolutely awful, just have a look at their responses to negative reviews on this site alone, rude, insulting and blaming the customer for their poor business operations.

The trade of prepayment is that we require customers to manage their subscriptions. That is why you get the prepaid discount.
