    On 8.20.2023 we contracted with Hectic Housing to perform roof replacement in 2 areas of **********************************: over existing boiler room as well as entrance to building.The roof above the boiler room commenced to leak within the first rain event. Hectic Housing was contacted, but did not respond or remedy. We filed a claim through their insurance. The claim was denied since the category of roofing was not covered under the policy.The leak is due to rubber roofing being improperly pitched away from the drain, causing water to pool and penetrate through a seam. Inside the boiler room, there is an electric heater as well as floor/wall finishes that can be damaged as a result of the roof leak. The agreement has a 1 year warranty. However we never even received a proper system installation as it leaked in the first rain event.Since Hectic Housing has not responded, we are unsure of the position- is the claim that the roof was installed properly? Is the claim that the job was not warranted or other?

    I was there and we put the roof on. They called me about a leak. I went and looked at. It. Didn't see where it was at all next time. It rains. I will come out there the next time it rained. I was contacted. I went to go out there and send a ****** A line out there for a second set of eyes and ***** told us not to go on the property so I did Attempt to repair it.  But he wouldn't allow it
