    I purchased a Vollrath VBBD4-37-F Quadruple **** Gallon Bowl Refrigerated Beverage Dispenser with Fountain Spray Circulation - 115V on December 21, 2021. We began using the equipment on December 2, 2022. It immediately froze the product. Vollrath/Stoelting sent a replacement for a missing piece that was supposed to correct the issue. When we received it and installed it, the product still froze. They provided phone support to adjust the thermostat, but when turned all the way we were instructed it continued to freeze the product. By this time it was also leaking out of all 4 tanks. Also, this was wasting a lot of product and time and making a huge mess every time we attempted it. Then for approximately 3 months they said a technician would be out to fix it soon. Then finally a new drink dispenser just showed up as a replacement. I do not want to start this over. I want to ship back both the broken and the new dispenser and get a refund. I paid $1849 for this piece of equipment that we were never able to use.

    Upon being made aware of ********************************* request for refund rather than to replace this piece of equipment, I called ****************** and offered the courtesy of the refund. He accepted this offer and Vollrath will work with ********************** equipment dealer to refund him the original cost of the unit.  In addition, Vollrath will send a carrier to pick up the replacement unit at ********************** request.
