    I have ordered a car part from parts anytime which was defective and warranty is 3 months, part failed in 2 months , when contacted the business they asked me to buy the same part new then return oldnone to be inspected which is an extremely odd warranty procedure, i have replaced the part from a different vendor to get the car moving and now i want this business to honor warranty claims send a return label to take the part and replace under warranty or refund.

    When we received your first notification we reached out to the customer to let them know that we would credit him back for the product once we received it back and sent prepaid return shipping labels to him to return the product so we could issue the credit. At this time we have not received the product nor have we had any communication back from the customer to confirm our communications.

     

    At this time we are going to mark this issue as closed.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

     

    Item was sent back using  the return label and it was delivered on September 1st as per the attached ***** screenshot, i haven't got any follow *** yet.
