    Date 7/27/25 My son had paid for a 2015 ***** left rear door from Xclusive Auto Detailing and more LLC and also paid for delivery from them. He had got the door that was the wrong color. He was happy with the sale but not of the following damage to my garage door.After I got home that day I had asked my wife if see ran into the garage door and no clue that it was backed into. I had see the car door there so I had called the owner of Xclusive and he was going to ask the driver when he got back to the shop. A day went by so I called him back, He stated that he didn't come back to the shop and would get me photos of the front of the truck when he comes in. Another day went by so I had sent a text as he wasn't picking up the phone any more. I had also asked for him to get photos of the back of the truck and he has blocked my text and phone calls.I have called a lawyer and she stated that I could take him to small clams. I would do so If I had time and extra $$ to do so but am really strapped on any extra $$ . To pay for that and the new door . I had also sent a copy of the quote for the same door. That's going to run me over $3205.35 but now its probably going to run me more.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    If the company didn't back into my garage door then they would've sent me the proof that I had asked for. I had asked for photos of the truck when it returned to the shop. Yet there was no reply from the business. The business just just discontinued contact with me. That leaving me to believe even more that they did do it and didn't sent me any photos.

    With that they where the only ones in my drive way that day. 

    Also my wife is positive that he was pulling forward as she came out of the house. He was pulling forward because he backed into the garage door.

    Sold me the wrong/faulty engine on Augest 26, 2022, failed to answer any calls, messages or requests to contact me, Then blocked all forms of messaging, paid $600 for the engine after a 5 hour drive.
