If cancellation occurs 60 days or more prior to arrival date, client will be refunded 50% of monies paid for the cancelled items. If cancellation occur between 59-45 days, client will be refunded 25% of monies paid. If cancellation occurs less than 45 days from the arrival date there will be no refund. We will always do our best to negotiate higher refunds if possible. For travel during peak holiday season (Dec 20-Jan 5) cancellations 60 days and over will receive 50% refund. There will be no refund for any cancellations under 60 days.
