    last year i had a composite deck put on. i had a small problem with the deck shortly afet it was installed. it was to be adress this summer. starting this fall there are all kinds of black spots and what now larger ones. i have tried to reach them one the voice mail is full. that was the man who installed it. it is still full. i tried reaching his son and i get no response from him. i have called 2 x and left messages. I paid close to ****** dollars. my deck has a 20 year warranty. i need help please

    Hello my name is ****** Wicker 

    I had a small business called RN Property Maintenance LLc and have retired it after 9 years.

    I did a redecking  with a composite deck for a lady in ********* Wi.

    Her name is ******* Quasious *************************** ,I had installed this deck for her last August and three weeks after the install she said it was leaving marks from where her furniture was.

    I did contact ********** immediately and they contacted the *** for a solution, they said to scrubb the affected area with a behr product and rinse.

    This did not correct the issue they said it should fade back to normal but it evidently has not.

    I have attached two different pieces of literature where ********** and I have tried to get the manufacturer to correct this matter.

    Today the ********** has contacted them again and they sent ***** ********* a form to fill out which they should have gave us this from the beginning.

    ***** Wakefields number is ************ if you want to discuss this matter , he will let you know I have tried to correct this situation even though it is a manufacturing issue and not installation.
