      June of 2022, my wife and I closed on our house and started a construction loan to remodel it. This included quotes from electricians to rewire the entire house, plumbers, and other contracts. The electrician owner (****) walked through the house and we went over all the re-wiring with of course possible add ons. We gave a $2,000 deposit to **** (Allied Electric) as part of the contract.Allied Electric rewired the main floor of the house but not the basement as it was not ready yet. Paid $11,000 per Allied request on 07/17/22 Paid $8,668.92 on 11/15/22 per allied request. At this point, I paid for *****% of the contract, but only the main floor was done. This is a ranch style house so we have the main floor and basement.March, Allied Electric came to rewire the mechanical room August 23: The basement is ready - the 1st part is done and now we are ready for the final visit and are stuck on the $$$During the summer, I pointed out to **** that the following items were not written on the contract but are part of the house (Old wires) and he said not to worry, they are part of the rewiring: mechanical/storage room, range, stair lighting.August 23: **** sent me a bill of almost $6,000 and said I have another one for the same amount coming when the work is done. This is when I asked him for a breakdown of the add ons. After that, everything went wrong - he started yelling at me, threatening me to go to court, called me a d*ck, mocked me out loud, and even said I am paying and not asking any questions. I asked him why this is happening since I am asking for a detail of the add ons? After all, the contract states that all add ons have to be agreed on.His reply was that he will give me the list, but now all the add on prices have gone up!I received the "extras" as **** calls them and I had questions because some were actually part of the initial contract (verbally agreed by ****) and others just did not make sense to me and I would like an explanation.
