My daughter has been in the nicu since she was born. In the two mo the we've been there our daughter has recieved poor care and treatment as well as us the parents have also. The nurses make my daughter wait to eat, don't want to get up to do their job, they rather throw her food on a feeding tube and walk away then spend the time bottle feeding her. The nurses there have also made comments that we shouldn't be parents because grabbing lunch makes us not there. We've had nurses not document what's going on and blow it off as us being paranoid. We've had our daughter ripped out of our arms by nurses.the nurses also left her in a pee filled diaper for 6 hours straight...I went to management about 2 nurses that made comments that were u unnecessary and because I did so the hospital social worker told me to get over it and deal with it...I also wanted a 2nd opinion on my daughter and was threatened with child protective services involvement for doing so. I mentioned if id have to sign a ama paper i would to get hwr better care was threatened with child protective services again..I let my daughter stay until they discharged her and yet they still turned me into child services because I wanted better care for my daughter...this place just isn't right for anyone. They say they care no they don't they just want to be like others doing the little to no work and get paid for doing so...it's so very si kening and I'll never go there again let alone rake my **** *** there!!!

I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent visit to the ********** Gunderson Clinic. My family had ceased visits approximately five years ago due to previous experiences where treatments were administered without prior consent, specifically, when staff entered the examination room with pre-loaded syringes for vaccines that had not been previously discussed or requested. Recently, we decided to return for preventative care, which we understood to be fully covered by our insurance. We explicitly communicated our intention to seek only annual preventative services. Despite this, additional labs and tests, which were outside the scope of preventative care, were ordered. Furthermore, it appears that these services were coded and billed as diagnostic care, contrary to our agreement and understanding. As a result, we are now facing unexpected charges that were neither authorized nor anticipated. This is both frustrating and concerning, and it undermines our trust in the services as well as Gunderson as a provider. We will no longer go to Gunderson for any future medical needs, and I encourage anyone else to think twice if they have options elsewhere too.

I have been going to Gunderson for a number of years and in the last few the patient quality seems like it is more of a money hungry scheme. I was injured at my work. Took a football to the head. Going to urgent care first and then supposed to go in a few days to the concussion clinic. Not sure why I did that as she was in and out in 5 minutes and I guess put I was fine. Well I wasn't fine. Had horrible headaches and went back numerous times to see my GP. This was about the t time covid hit and was made very difficult to get in. Then my practioner left the facility. Everyone I tried getting into took no new patience. Ended up with a PA that had no bedside manner what so ever. They finally send me to physical therapy and had many trips there and sent me to neurology. From there it was doctor to doctor to doctor in Neurology. And if I didnt have some burning of the nerves done they couldn't help me any longer. Well me myself and I were paying for this because my job and their insurance refused. I only started going for these problems when I was hit but they told me they couldn't be sure so no disability for me. I just wanted the responsible people to pay for my bills but Gunderson even though even the physical therapist said all my problems were caused from traumatic brain injury neurology wouldn't accept that. Physical therapy spent alot more time with me than anyone. All they want is more money. Gunderson doesn't care about the patient or the patients needs. Never again!! They have taken so much from my life and if they can't see what the issues are then they are blind!!

After experiencing severe breathing issues (intense shortness of breath, heavy chest coughing, frequent upper respiratory infections, unbearable upper back pain, and sleeplessness), I had gone to Dr. *********************** due to the concern that my asthma was getting out of control and I would need an inhaler. I really didn't want to go to a doctor, but I felt I had to because I thought my symptoms were serious enough to warrant a trip to the *** However, even after sharing all of my symptoms and concerns, all of which are very obvious indicators of asthma in need of medical treatment, he simply brushed off my concerns as "anxiety," and only prescribed albuterol "just in the event that it works." He continuously expressed suspicion that I could possibly "cheat the system" and use the inhaler inappropriately when, in reality, I really needed it and had zero desire to abuse it. The exam he performed at that appointment was very minimal, and he did not even bother to check my lungs before jumping to conclusions and misdiagnosing my issue as anxiety.Long story short, he emotionally abused and gaslit me for doing nothing other than requesting albuterol to help my breathing. And, yes, it has helped. Whenever my breathing gets out of control, which is only every two or three months at the most, I use it and I soon feel better. The cause of my severe sleeplessness, as I found out, was mold growing in my register next to my bed, and thus it was agitating my asthma. Ever since I cleaned out the register, I have not had any serious incidents. As a young adult with a chronic illness, I am disgusted that I was treated in such a condescending, non-sympathetic, and rude manner. I loathe going to the doctor because I've been traumatized by the many ignorant and unhelpful doctors I've encountered, and this experience has only further worsened my trauma.
