      On November 26th of 2023, I purchased 3 deep cleans as a gift from Maid Like New Cleaning LLC as part of a promotion. My mother used one of the three, but has been unable to reach the business to use the remaining two services. She isn't getting a response from either of the two phone numbers or their email address, and their website is down. I believe they have closed their business but have not stated anything in advance to allow customers to use the funds in gift certificates.

      Purchased a Deep Clean on 5/17 and was very unsatisfied with our service. Three rooms were skipped altogether and the parts that were completed were poor quality. I submitted a complaint to the business to which they offered to come back and complete the clean. I agreed, but after almost 2 months of trying to schedule I asked multiple times for a refund. After leaving a 1 star review (which I was asked by the business to delete) I was told my refund would only be $50 out of the $250 that I paid for the cleaning. I have listed out the items that were skipped. Per website...here were the items that promised but not completed in 2 bedrooms Make beds Dust bed frames Baseboards Vacuum Dust fixtures, furniture, headboard Pick up things left out Inside windows (does not include deep clean of screens or jams)Blinds Here are the items skipped in our basement living space:Vacuum Dusting: End tables, lamp shades, window *****, individual items, TV/Entertainment center Inside of windows Pick up things left out Fluff furniture pillows Dusting vents Wash floors if applicable Clean mud room, etc. if applicable Wash baseboards Blinds Not completed in living space:Light fixtures Appliance wipe down Counter wipe down It has been 18 days since I notified the business and of a short refund and after multiple emails and texts I have received no response. The business has placed blame on short staffing, branches closing, and on me as a customer for their shortfalls on delivering what is promised from their business.

      I am sending you a message regarding a BBB complaint that was made by a customer ***************************. I just noted that I was getting multiple emails about this when I have already issued the client a refund for the portion not completed and completely remedied this issue on our end with the client. I thought that I was suppose to deal with the customer directly for this issue and that is exactly what we did. Now it looks like the issue was left unanswered. Can I send you all of my communication with this client to show to we handled the issue appropriately both via refund and via offering to redo the entire service.

      Again, I was not aware that I needed to handle this through BBB as the last time I got a complaint, someone emailed me directly years ago and I dealt with them directly. Please let me know how I can remedy this to show that I have answered and remedied BOTH BBB complaints that were made this year 2023 for my business.

      I have requested a refund over 2 months ago due to them always canceling or no showing for my cleaning appointments. Their website states refunds will be completed in 10 days and that has not happened. I have sent emails as well as text messages and received no effort to remedy the situation.
