      I dont know if I have any grounds to stand on when filing this complaint so Im seeking advice anonymously for fear of being evicted. This all started last May (2022). I was searching for a new residence in ********, **. I inquired and applied for a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit for $1350 a month at great *************** owned by 360 real estate solutions. I was sent an email saying I was approved but the rent was going to be $1425 not the $1350 as listed. I responded with I want whats listed thats false advertising. The property manager stated prices have not updated in the system and that I have 24 hours to make a decision. I still didnt feel that this was right and called the main office. All they did was direct me back to the property manager with the same response. I did accept the price because its hard to find a secure place in ********. In the meantime before I moved in I kept checking to see if the system updated. It was over a month before prices had changed. When I agreed to the take the place it was still $1350. Do I have a reasonable argument?

      The market rents for any Three Sixty property can change weekly based on what the market will bear.

       

      If you review the Three Sixty website, most of our price tags note, Call for Pricing. Unfortunately, there are advertising companies that pull from our website and might list the low price in a range of pricing, which is beyond our control.

      This particular building has street views verses water views and prices change from 1st floor to higher pricing on 4th floor units.
