    I contacted Customer service because the Atomic clock was 2 hours off, set it then less than a month later it reset itself back to being 2 hours off. Now that it has gotten cold here the outside temperature stops working below 16degrees (I was monitoring the system to get the exact moment it went to "NO"). I have done all of their trouble shooting with no luck, it is just time to go back with my past brand that took 15 years till the wind speed went bad.

    One out of three La Crosse thermometers that i own work . After receiving an email from La Cross that they had received my request for help getting the thermometer to work properly , All i received was nothing . Fortunately I purchased it through the ****** site , who contacted me after noticing that I had filed a request for help . ****** wanted to know if La Crosse had taken care of my issues . Was told they had not . So hopefully i will hear something soon . Their website is a nightmare to navigate , which some companies make it impossible to use . No need to respond then . Gave them one star for the one out of three that work !

I do see an email to our support team on Tuesday 7/2 with a response asking some additional questions in order to assist in troubleshooting. We have not seen any reply. Could you please check your spam folders for an email from us? I also sent a second follow-up email today hoping to assist you in getting your units back up and running.

    Absolutely the best customer service that I have ever experienced! Twice in the last several years, I experienced a malfunctioning weather station. Both instances were handled immediately at no cost to myself. I will continue to be an advocate for this business! Thank you La Crosse!

    Planned obsolescence. When their systems are working - and it usually takes 3-5 telephone calls, approximately 120 hours of hold time, and the patience of **** to deal with them - things are good. If you have a problem, you will have that problem for the rest of the warranted life of the product, which is rather limited. There are other providers of these weather systems, I have found them, and I am no longer a customer for LCT because of this. Pertinent issues: connecting to wifi, keeping the time correct before during daylight savings times, the rain gauge that never worked more than 10 days, and other related issues. So long LCT, I'm out.

    Lacrosse technology customer service is incredible. The only company I have ever dealt with in my entire life that was even close to their level of care and customer service was the Ritz-Carlton. If you're looking for a weather station you cannot find a better company out there. The weather stations are easy to set up accurate and can be purchased at a great price. I cannot say enough about lacrosse technologies. You have a customer for life.

    Their outside transmitters leave something to be desired, bad out of the box to not lasting for minimum periods and not pro-rating their bad product. I've bought three and had problems with both outside units and no customer service. I'll try another brand next time, no customer loyalty what so ever.
