      I feel they have been racially,criminally discriminate, Not only myself but I know of a few others and not sure what their issues are with non-white candidates.

      We take all concerns seriously and want to clarify that our decision was based solely on documented attendance issues. Mr. ****** was a no call/no show for two separate assignments, which violates our company policy and expectations for reliability. Our decision not to rehire was a business decision based on performance, not race or any other protected status. We are committed to equal opportunity and fair treatment for all candidates.

      That was years ago,as well as they told me during the time in moment that I would have to wait a time period to reapply.But that doesn't excuse the fact that I know multiple people whom applied for their first time with the company and denied **** it could be very racial profiling thanks!
