      My experience with Craigs Towing in *********, *********, was incredibly disappointing. I was initially charged $200 for a tow and $100 for outdoor storagefees that exceed state-mandated limits ($25 for outdoor storage for 24hrs, and $150 for a regular tow). When I raised concerns about the legality of these charges, the manager responded with hostility, even threatening to increase my fees further. She claimed state laws did not apply to their company, which is simply untrue based on Wisconsin ************** make matters worse, my car was damaged during the tow, and I was forced to sign a no-liability waiver before they would release it to me. While I included a note clarifying I only signed to retrieve my vehicle, I was left with no option to contest the damage. The entire process felt coercive and ***************** the end up paying $214, and the customer service was not only unhelpful but outright confrontational. I strongly urge anyone dealing with this company to document everything and research their legal rights thoroughly. This is not a business I would recommend to anyone.They also took cash only but I heard the assistant doing a credit card transaction over the phone with someone else.
