      We signed a contract with the owner of this business beginning of July 2023. Told us 4-6 weeks for the materials and would do job once they arrived. It is now November 1st, not one day of work done. Very little communication when we would inquire as to when coming to do the work. We asked for our money back beginning of October as he requested 50% down payment. He has totally ghosted us. We have left voice messages, texts, and sent a letter all requestioning our money. Contacting the police will be our next step.
