  Fly by night take your money and run no customer service.I put a large amount of money down to get scheduled. It took them a week to schedule me. I thought I got scammed because after putting the money down I didn't hear from them at all.When they came to install the window they ripped down the insulation that was on the walls to stand on "floor protection"; after they promised they would bring their own floor protection. FAIL As they were leaving I had to flag them down to ask why they didn't install a cover. They tried to tell me it wasn't in my contract. I had to show them that indeed it was in the contract. They said they would have to look into it. The cover wasn't installed for 30days and they installed it with velcro.....The cover that was installed 30 days later is flat; water does not shed off of it. When looking at the window from inside the cover rests 3/4 of the way up the window. Janky job. Obviously no pride in a job well done. No customer service at all

  Down Payment As outlined in the signed agreement, our standard policy requires a 10% down payment, which you provided.

  Scheduling Your installation was scheduled just two days after the contract was signed, consistent with our typical practice when timelines are discussed.

  Cover Installation We sincerely apologize that the cover was not brought during the initial visit. Our team returned as soon as possibleon a weekendto install the cover as promised. While your home is over three hours from our headquarters and outside our usual service area, we prioritized this follow-up and maintained open communication throughout.

  Cover Placement The grade level at your home was below the top of the window, which determines the height of the well cover. Raising the well above grade would have gone against standard installation practices.

  Feedback During and after the installation, you expressed appreciation to our salesperson, and no concerns were raised to indicate there were outstanding issues. We rely on real-time feedback to make things right immediately when possible.
