    I have ordered a couple times from this seller. My problem with the business is that it is unreliable. Orders are never shipped out in a timely manner, and I have even had to wait a month and more to get my order. It was only sent after PayPal got involved. Recently I gave the business another chance. She told me she would send it by a certain time and she didn't. So I tried to cancel my order because I want to give my money to people I can trust and respect. She disregarded my order cancellation, and not only did she not acknowledge it, she double charged me for shipping. I could have spent my little money elsewhere, and the uncertainty and disregard that I have experienced with this seller has been damaging. I will never give her my business again. I do not want to communicate with the seller ever again.

     In regard to the delivery complaint with ***************************:
     At Earth Wind & Flowers, we are very sorry to hear that she was disappointed with her delivery timing.
    Her order was placed on October 2, 2023. Our hand-made products are custom blended and made to order, are not items shipped from stocked inventory. This is detailed on our website. Typically our orders are produced and shipped within 1 to 2 weeks. This was precisely the case with this order. **** tracking indicates that the product was delivered on October 16, 2023. (See attached tracking information).
     If there was an emailed request to cancel this order, the products had already been shipped as requested within the customers requirements to arrive by Monday, October 16th, and tracking information had been provided. 
    In fact, this entire request has been arbitrated through PayPal and it was validated as a properly received and closed case. (See attached PayPal status update). 


     We have been committed to unsurpassed customer service for 26 years, and each of our customers are very important to us. We are dedicated to creating the highest quality products. ******************************* previous order had taken longer than the typical 2 weeks to produce as a result of a backordered ingredient for the custom blend required, and this was explained to her.
     ******* did not mention that we included a gift of our newest product, and we were excited for her to receive the bonus ($63.00 value).


     Although PayPal has reviewed and closed this issue because we had met the Seller Protection requirements, we will credit the shipping charges as our commitment to ensure a positive resolution for ***************************. We will also honor her request to not have additional communications, and we will unsubscribe her to our lists.
