1 starWe had master services replace our entire air conditioning and furnace at a cost of around $15,000.. we were even told to upgrade to a larger unit. They told us that they guaranteed that this would take care of our issues or theyd pay to make it right. Weve had issues since day one and have had them out to work on it a few times. They acted annoyed that we would call. They then told us we needed to add a dehumidifier. I might be a dumb dumb, but Im pretty sure our house shouldnt be at 70 to 80 percent humidity with the unit running. So we took that as a money grab from a company that we already trusted. Its the worst kind of local business etiquette that I can imagine. Weve already told many many people not to use them.. which might not seem like a big deal for them but they would be mistaken. Unfortunately warning others doesnt make our unit function any better. I fell stuck with a piece of garbage that we paid Cadillac prices for something that works just as poorly as the last unit they called garbage. When I have my house set to 72 and its 78 right now with 82 percent humidity, I can logically deduce that something is wrong. But that might cost them money that they promised I. Their contract. We need some help. $15,000 is a lot of money for a family like us, and we got nothing in return.Master Services, Inc.
