      New home build in 2021 with Craftsman Builders. One year workmanship warranty provided in the contract, but nothing was covered. We were left with a cracked foundation with significant water damage to our finished basement. Complete regrading of the yard due to water coming directly to the foundation and not away from the house. Builder does not make good on his work. Very poor communication towards the end of the building process. Will not return phone calls, emails, or certified letters. Builder sent a $15,000 unexpected bill 6 months after closing because he "miscalculated" his budget. The builder did attempt to replace cracked and uneven concrete and stairs, but the newly placed concrete was cracked and uneven within one month.
