  Had Michael pour a concrete fire pit for us and though he said he would be back with stone for the inside of the fire area and to seal the concrete the following day. He refuses to return our messages as to when he will finish. It's been four weeks now. We would NOT recommend this contractor. Lots of talk and no follow through.

  Michael ******** stated he would install a concrete slab. He came in July to start digging. He dug 1 day and came to get some of the stuff that he dug. 3 months later, he refused to come finish the job after dozens of calls and text messages. He made excuses claiming his girlfriend Kenna took his truck, then his dad had him do a different job, etc. 3 months later and numerous excuses, he still didn't come back to complete the did. Instead he had gravel delivered. Michael was going to pour concrete over black dirt to cover the lack of the gravel he had delivered since it was not enough, which would cause failure. He had it delivered even though he didn't complete the digging. He told the business he would pay the gravel bill numerous times and refused to do that. He started to ignore the gravel company leaving the bill. He left my yard tore up for 3 months forcing us to have to hire a competent company to correctly do the job as it was October now and almost the end of concrete season. He continued to ignore our requests to complete the job he said he would do. After being contacted by the gravel company, Michael had his father, TJ ******** threaten me over the phone yelling and swearing at me and told me he is having his son, Michael, type up a bill for the work, work he never did and never completed. TJ ******** was never involved with any of the communication over the work Michael stated he would do. To run to his dad and his dad getting involved in an agreement he was never part of shows how this family runs their business. In fact, Michael's incompetence costed us more money due to another company having to do more work than what originally would have had to have done due to leaving the yard all tore up with gravel dumped in the area the concrete slab was going to go. I would never recommend the ********* for any job as they either cant complete it or don't complete it properly as well as threatening and swearing over the phone.
