    Based on reading the other complaints against this business I assume I will also receive no response but I would still like to put this out there to continue to lower their BBB rating as well as to warn other potential customers. I was talking to the vice president ***** about purchasing a walk-in cooler. I asked if it was still hooked up and running and could be verified that it was in working order. He stated, I guarantee it works. But it wasnt hooked up so no way to test that. Long story short, it did not work. The main compressor most expensive part of the cooler was decommissioned improperly and the copper coils were all crushed. Our refrigeration company had to order a new one for $5,000 to get this cooler functional. Obviously, that makes this discounted cooler no longer discounted and a huge rip off.

    I purchased a.lot of equipment and furniture from their auction. I paid $2600 for a a physical bar to be removed and delivered to my business. I received only the top of it ; no bottom; no one once informed me of this. The auction was for the full bar; I did not receive a cooler I purchased- a back bar cooler; I purchased 2 televisions that did not work. I made sever messages and calls - I only spoke with the business office ************ never once received a call or message back from the owners *** and ******. They hang up when I call.

    We bought a walk in freezer from Badger and got a walk in cooler.We asked for compensation for their mistake and go no response.
