Very easy to contact and get prompt responses to questions. Renee went above and beyond to provide care for my parents on very short notice. She came with the staff workers at the beginning and the end of their first shift to ensure that both they and my parents felt comfortable. My parents liked the workers who cared for them and were comfortable having them in their home. She was very accommodating to the changes in my parent’s assisted living move in date and never made me feel like I was bothering her when I called with questions. I would highly recommend Jay’s Legacy for anyone in need of competent,compassionate and caring health services in their home .

Professional, caring, easy to work with, and great suggestions...I could go on and on. Jay's Legacy went above and beyond to help our dad stay independent as long as possible. We appreciated the hot breakfasts, walks, talks, attention to the needs of the day, willingness to expand service hours, and quick notification when something more was needed. Staff from Jay's Legacy provided outstanding companionship care for my 95 year-old mom over a period of years while she was in assisted living. As her condition required, this evolved into many hours each day of supplemental care. The staff members showed compassion, patience, and versatility. As a result, my mom was very comfortable and enjoyed her time with them. This care allowed us to enhance her quality of life and avoid nursing home care. While we also participated and visited often, we knew mom was being shown respect and treated with dignity by the Jay's caregivers. The office was very easy to work with, responsive, and accommodating even in last minute situations. They were truly angels in a time of need for my mom and our family.Jay's Legacy Home Care

5 starsJay's Legacy helped with my mom at home. Carol, Becky and Mandy were Amazing. Not only did they care for my mom they were great to my dad and my family. They went above and beyond always. 5 starsJay's Legacy Home Care helped my mom in April 2023. The care they provided was outstanding! She was recovering from a stroke and needed assistance with things around the house. The caregivers were phenomenal! They did everything she asked and more. Also, the companionship they provided was greatly appreciated. 5 starsIn May of 2022, I sought and signed up for some In-Home care for my mother; who lives in Valders, Wisconsin. Living far away; In Aurora, Colorado, I was hoping to find a company that could provide in-home care for my mother that was more than a 'cleaning' service. Jay's Legacy Home Care has proven to be much more than a housekeeping service. They have kept me informed of changes in my Mother's health, her state of mind, her appearance, and other important health factors. Helping my mother with various chores in and around the house, engaging her in conversation while assessing her overall well-being. The staff have been very easy to work with, even enabling ACH payments when I indicated that it would be easier to manage. The individual assigned to help my mother has gained my mother's trust and clearly demonstrates a caring attitude and genuine concern for my mother's health. The most important factor in my opinion (due to the distance between Colorado and Wisconsin/and my working schedule) is the prompt and engaging communications between me and the staff. They are always willing to work with me, within our budget, to create solutions, accommodate our needs and provide the best care available in the Bayshore area of Manitowoc, Wisconsin.Review fromMary P
