      I purchased a mattress from mattress by appointment on March 3,2024 I had issues with financing the full amount so he offered to sell me last years model of the mattress i picked out for the amount I was already financed for so I didn't have to get financing for the remaining amount. From somewhere else. I agreed and he delivered the mattress the next day. After I got the mattress ( it was one that was rolled up and needed to unroll and open up whice i wasn't told it would be a rolled mattress i thought it would come ready to be used) he said it could take up to 5 days for it to fully open up. I opened it up it is flat and hard as a rock it hasn't changed form or even opened up at all. I told him I needed a new mattress because I've had 2 back surgeries and my current mattress was very old and worn out. So this was something I needed! After I recieved the mattress he removed his add off of marketplace and I was unable to contact him. After I found his phone number on a different ad on ******** I messaged him threw there but never recieved a response from him. And I also tried calling him at the number listed on your information but he never answered and it was forwarded to voicemail and the voicemail was always full so I couldn't leave a message. Now I'm stuck paying for a junk mattress and no mattress to sleep on I can't afford to purchase another one.

      Purchased thru financing thru easypay -provided by seller. Contacted 2 days after in regards to what he said in regards to payments also asked return policy which he then block me from ******** messenger which is where his post was . Mattress has been defective on the left side since day one. I think we were scammed.

      I called ***** 3 weeks are buying the mattress. He told us at his store we could return it if we didnt like it. Well the mattress is awful. We hate it. I tried to return it. He said we had to pick another mattress. His store has only about 8 mattress to choose from and there all poor quality and cheap mattress. We dont want another mattress by appointment mattress. We want a named brand which he said he carries but we did not see them. After getting no where on the phone with him I texted him and it soon turned into a insult and f*** off match from him. To be honest my wife and I felt he was high as h*** the morning we bought the mattress from him so he doesnt remember telling us we could get our money back. Since then I have texted him many times if you dont help us I will flag your add on ********** many of times. I still get no help from him and I have this terrible poor junk mattress that all ready shows a dip where i sleep. This mattress is Junk. I want a good mattress. Not this thing that sleeps hot had a dip in it all ready.

      I have been selling beds for close to five years. Thousands of beds have went through my door and we have thousands of five star customers. We love taking customer service seriously. When you have a customer like ************* that sends filthy, disgusting and disrespectful messages that are not true, it is my right to remove myself from this customer. No business owner would ever want to deal with a *******************. First of all it says all sales final right on the receipt. Second of all you sent me pages worth of cussing and disrespect. You're not a good person and in no way shape or form do I need to work with someone who shows the disrespect and untruthful statements. I offered right away to replace the mattress and you continued to swear and curse at us. Any other business owner on earth who has respect for themselves and their business woudl disassociate from yourself. I hope you find God in your life.

      To the BBB and *****. You were the one swearing and calling me insults. I still have your text to prove it. You did offer to replace the mattress with another mattress by appointment mattress. There awful and cheap. I told you I wanted a name brand mattress. You dont have them. You have your cheap junk mattress that are terrible. You can stop lying to the BBB about me being the one swearing at you. I never did that. I have gone on ********** to flag your add and I told you I would until you give me a refund. You dont have anything I want To replace this mattress with. And now you have given me no option other then to seek help from BBB. I sent the picture to the BBB and you can see the mattress is bad. I have made every effort to flag your add because you have not fixed this problem. The two times I tried you were yelling and swearing and full of insults. To the BBB. I called ***** the morning we bought the mattress and asked him If he had the beautyrest black mattress and he said yes. He did not. I asked if he had many mattress to chose from and he said yes. BOTH of them were a lie. He is a salesman who just wanted us in his store. We need a mattress really bad so we bought the one he said was his best seller and top quality. Its an awful mattress and cheap. I will stop flagging his ad on ********** when I get a refund or a replacement mattress that is not a mattress by appointment brand. To the BBB. You are in a tuff spot because you dont know who is lying here. ***** did offer to replace the mattress. but that was months ago. Now he wont do anything and now he refuses to fix this. This mattress is so bad even my wife who is 112 pounds hates this mattress. It hurts her back. We just want a better quality mattress and to have ***** take this thing back.
