      The new roof was completed on August 8th 2024.On Saturday January 20th we noticed snow in both our attics. (we have pictures. only took pictures of the snow in one of the attics)Called owner on 01/23/2024 at 3:18pm to let him know of our finds. Per phone conversation with him he seems surprised. Said to give him a couple of days and he will come and check it out.01/29/2024 @ 1:**** called, phone rang twice and went to voicemail. Left message asking when he was stopping.01/30/2024 @ 12:21pm called, phone rang three times and went to voicemail. Left message asking when he was stopping.01/30/2024 @ 6:25pm texted stating that I have called and left messages asking when he was stopping by to check out the roof. He responded on 01/31/2024 @ 1:33pm stating "sorry but I cant make it till next week one day" I responded "let us know"02/06/2024 @ 1:33pm texted him wondering what day you are stopping by this week?02/07/2024 @ 5:44pm texted him checking to see when you are stopping by this week to look at the roof.02/12/204 @ 4:40pm called, rang 3 times went to voicemail. Left message asking when he was stopping to check the roof as to why we had snow in the attics.No response
