    on january 9 **** i was traveling for work i ******* ** we slid into a curb due to the weather that messed up the suspension to where the steering wheel was cocked and the vehicle was vibrating due to the that we slid into a ditch a cop helped get us out of that one then few minutes after that we slid into another ditch which we couldn't get out we called the insurance company they called a tow which the tow truck never came i called the tow company they said the insurance cancelled my tow which i have full coverage thanks to some good people they helped get us out of the ditch we had to risk ourselves and drive way under the speed limit and our vehicle kept trying to steer us into a ditch but we had to go 10mph in a 55mph zone we had to keep pulling over every little bit to take a break and rest we are terrified we didn't get home from ******* til 4am and the first ditch happened at 4pm on jan 9 didn't get home until jan 10th 4am and now the insurance company is trying to scam me because we owe a title loan they are trying to give the title loan my money when im keeping my vehicle and never aggreed or signed anything for them to give my payment to my title loan i cant fix my van if they give my money to the title loan whom im still paying and i agreed only for them to pay me 612 TO ME now if they want to pay my loan i want **** my vehicle is more at least **** that.
