      Terrible experience. Arrived as a guest at a child's birthday party just as the staff person was informing the hosts that they could not honor the reservation due to a scheduling error, despite the establishment having accepted prepayment for the party. The birthday boy's parents tried to purchase pizza to feed their guests while they waited for the parents of children who had been dropped off, only to be told the management had no interest in serving them, they should just be happy they're getting a refund. My children were sad for their friend and disappointed they couldn't bowl. Can you imagine showing up to your 10th birthday only to have it canceled just as all your friends are arriving? It was horrible.
