    Even though I specifically asked that their workers come prepared, they were not, and they created a fine paint dust throughout our entire home. I repeatedly asked them to please clean it, and they never did.The tub surround started falling apart just 2 days after installation.If the BBB would allow, I have several photos to support my claims.

    We are  a bit surprised by this complaint, as at the time this work was completed, this resident had sent several emails stating what great work the employee from *** did on this job.  There was a second subcontractor that did leave a mess.  They were contacted immediately after this resident made us aware of the issue and they returned and cleaned up more thoroughly. We apologize for the inconvenience that must have caused, but believe we acted responsibly.

    Initially, I was shocked that someone from your many different businesses actually knew how to do their job, so I immediately left a positive review regarding G**** work. However, this positive comment was premature, since his work was falling off of the shower in a matter of days.He did create a fine paint dust, and I allowed him to use our air purifier while he was working, since he did not bring any equipment to mitigate the fine dust that was *********** sent someone to clean his and other contractors dust? When exactly? Can you provide proof?You must be mistaken as usual, because it was I who spent the weekend cleaning up the fine dust in our entire home, before allowing my family to return.Its sad/shameful, because one day, you deny that there was a mess created during your repairs, then the next, your attorney is blaming it on pollen from leaving the windows open. Then weeks later claim that you sent someone to clean the fine paint dust throughout our entire home. This is obviously deliberately false, and I showed your property manager, maintenance supervisor and housing inspector (during final inspection) the fine paint dust that I deliberately did not clean, as an example to show those responsible. PLEASE STOP LYING. YOU MAKE ME SICK!The contractors that youre referring to that came into my house later, also created a huge mess, and they unplugged our freezer with all of our food in there (it was ruined). They did have to return, because I pointed out to the property manager that there were many areas which they did not repair. They too did not come back to clean anything, and in fact, were short staffed because you would not allow them to repair everything that was needed, only the things that were cited by the city housing inspector.Please provide proof that ANY of your contractors or employees cleaned up the mess that they created. Your words are meaningless, please show me the proof, or else STOP LYING!!!

    This work was completed 11 months ago and this is the first we are being made aware of quality issues regarding the install.  As you are no longer a resident at that property, we will reach out to the manager and check the apartment to see if there are any needed repairs.
