    i got my cellular phone fixed at this place and they guaranteed it would work properly and it didnt one fall with the protected screen cover and case the phone had black spots . went back the the place they wanted more money and didnt want to fix my device without me paying them more money for the poor quality of the material they used and also the poor job

    With all cellphone repair we perform at Tech Repair Zone, we offer a 90 day warranty. However all warranties are void if the parts replaced were damaged, broken or water damage. This is standard warranty for defective parts only that are not damaged. 

    Initially ****************** brought inn a cellphone with a screen that was broken and we replaced it with a new one. All screen functions were normal and functioning prorperly. After a little while the customer came back to the store and showed us the phone and informed us " the Phone fell and the screen got damaged again with black spots". We did inform her that since the screen was damaged the warranty is void.

    Unfortunately we were not able to refund her any money regarding that transaction. We did give her $50 discount on the new screen replacement which was installed about 2 weeks ago. At that point  Customer was again informed about the 90 days warranty and that if its damaged again the warranty will be void.
