    On July 23, 2024 I went to purchase gas for my vehicle. I visited a Spirit Gas Station at ****************************************************************. today. I selected ************ priced at $3.339 and proceeded to fill my tank. I found it odd no price was showing above the unleaded lever, or any other, but I looked past it. I ALWAYS double check what Im putting in my tank because Im on a limited income. When I seen my total of $68.60, I got really upset and went inside. The woman inside told me I was lying and I selected premium. How I could have selected 2 over is impossible, especially if Im double checking. She argued with me, so I left. When I went back to my vehicle I looked at the one I selected and it did say regular, not premium, but my receipt shows I put premium in. I think it only fair people should be warned about this facility and how they are cheating people.

    I hope you are doing well. My name is *****************, owner of Spirit Gas Station located on ************************************** 


    I am writing this email regarding the case ID above. In this situation, the respected customer used her card to pay at the pump. After the card details went through, the customer was prompted to choose which gas she wanted. The customer manually selected Premium gas herself which is why she got charged for premium gas. We cant control anything from the inside of the store. When the customer is paying by card at the pump, only they can select which grade of gas they want; we cannot. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I look forward to your response.
