    My fetch rewards account has been banned. I have not scanned any fake receipts but every time i email customer service, I get the same automated reply saying that fake receipts from TikTok were scanned and I am permanently banned with no exceptions. I had over ****** points and I am no longer allowed to redeem them. I would like to redeem my points because I did not go against any guidelines and terms of service.

    My fetch account was put inactive for no reason. I had ******* points and gave the code to my friends and family. Im so upset because I worked hard to earn the points aside from that Im so disappointed and not even in the mood to fight back or make a new account at this point.

    My account got deactivated. They wont respond to emails and idk why I am banned. I scan a lot of receipts. Because I have a baby twins and I scan the recipes from the diapers and any other snack I get. I found out about this like yesterday. And I went look around my house and found a lot of receipts. So I just scanned them today and got banned. So hopefully they unbanned my account. I was upset because I have alot of points. But do better fetch rewards????

    We are committed to delivering the best experience to the members of the Fetch Family and we were happy review this user's account. During this review, we discovered multiple fake receipt submissions, earning an egregious amount of points. This is a violation of our Terms of Service (https://fetchrewards.com/terms-of-service/). Due to this violation, we will not be able to continue offering our services to this user. If a user tries to fraudulently obtain points, we have no choice but to freeze the account.

    I found an offer using the fetch app for ****** points for the BJs membership. Per the terms the email must match your account login and be under an accepted the domain. I followed all the instructions to redeem the reward. Which did not work. I reached out and they said my email wasn't valid. Which I have already synced with them and used for other purchases. They claim that *** it be a gmail it need to be an @google.com (which does not exist to my knowledge) I have gone back and forth and they seem to not want to give the points

    We have reviewed the information provided by the user. While our eReceipt feature is still in beta we can only support a select few email domains at this time. 

    With that said, after reviewing the user's account, we have seen some eReceipts scan into their account. However, upon reviewing the user's screenshots sent to our support team, the price spent on the BJ's membership did not qualify for the offer. 

    The user can locate the requirements by tapping on the offer in their 'Discover' tap. If the user has any questions as to why this membership is not eligible, they can reach back out to our support team. We can be reached at ********************************.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    In the attached emails, I have already showed I paid for a new BJs inner circle membership with NO discount or promo code. No where on BJs do they list the amount of a full priced membership Fetch is claiming at $55. Per the attached my emails show I paid for a BJs inner circle full priced membership (if I was got a discount it would be 1. listed on my BJs receipt and 2. I would not have been able to add a household member (per the terms of BJ's you cannot add a household member if you get a promotional membership)

     

    I have submitted all the required proof that this is a valid purchase of BJs inner circle membership for the ****** points in fetch rewards. Please see the attached emails for valid screenshots of purchase, terms.

    In addition, to their claim my email is not valid, is valid screen shots that the email was already accepted for the other email purchases (chewy, fanactics, walmart.)

After reviewing the information provided we were able to determine that although the eReceipt was successfully processed, the amount paid for the membership still does not qualify for the offer. Fetch will award ****** points to users based on a valid receipt containing the purchase of a new BJs Inner Circle or BJs Perks Rewards full-priced membership. Our mission is to reward our users for their purchases and while we love to fulfill our offers, we have to make sure the requirements are met.

    I feel I have paid for a NEW BJs inner circle membership . There system specifically did not not accept the membership email for points and then accepted my purchase of diapers from Bjs email. How can this been ?

    no where does fetch list the full price must be $55. Therefore they should not be able to come back after saying first it's my email to now it's the price of the membership to something that is not listed anywhere.

    I was banned from Fetch Rewards with 271 dollars worth of points for scanning false receipts. I wasnt aware that this was not allowed, and I didnt even think that I would get banned from it. I want to kindly request I get to spend the points that I have actually earned, because it would be unfair to take away the money that was not obtained in any way against the policy. I have been promoting the Fetch Rewards app to friends, family, and people on the internet and I got many new members on the app. I have worked hard and long to save up for gift cards, and I absolutely love the app. Please, I promise I now understand and WILL NEVER again use false receipts for my own good. Take away the points that I dont deserve, but please let me spend the money I have worked for. Thank you so much
