    Takes forever to earn points unless you purchase name brand products. At least you used to earn points playing the spin game Do NOT like the new game. Bring back the spin wheel please.

    I really love Fetch for the most part but the internet receipts never seem to work! We spend hundreds of dollars online and can not get it to pick up the receipts even though I have double and triple checked the accesses. The games I downloaded form them also are not reflecting on my account.

    I loved Fetch ! I look forward to shopping for items that give me special extra points. I plan my shopping g just around it ! I used to love fetch with the free spin ! I wish they NEVER took that away. They should have left the FREE spin and given the option to play other games if people wanted to. Elderly people find fetch a big savings and be extra points where easy just to spin a wheel BUT elderly do not like to download games and be tracked to involved I looked forward to purchasing something to be able to spin for Fred points. That was a super fun thing. Now I am losing interest in entering receipts where the FREE spin was an interest holder

    Loathe the games! I will NOT load up my phone with **** games then grant u permission to access for a few lousy points! Bring back the spins. Pls don't bother with the canned response.

    Awe$ome App! User friendly for this 60+ peep. Like the addition of the game apps as I'm earning more points than the daily spin.I recently had an issue with the app and the customer specialists were helpful and very responsive.I continue to recommend your app to people.??

    I've tried to contact them numerous times to find out why it is I can't get any gift cards with my points (I have enough to get a few) because everything is locked and in order to unlock them, I have to redeem a gift card. I can't get a gift card to unlock because I am unable to spend the points. I get no response.

    Love that you get points just for scanning receipts. I wish the rewards wouldn't have to take 72 hours to cash out and I'm having an issue trying to use this new game play thing. So far, wishing the wheel spin after scanning a receipt would just come back. Aside from that, once my rewards clear and it is what it says I used them on (this is my fist time cashing in points) can't really beat having an app that rewards you for something you already get when you make a purchase of any kind (aka a receipt). Also kind of helps with budgeting.
