    This is a great to help you save, all you do is scan your receipts, Any where you shop. Don't throw any away it's easy. Saved mine all year for Christmas

    I really enjoyed this app even though I don't buy enough products to win any gift cards. Spent the entire year of 2023 uploading $5k in receipts. No rewards earned. Logged on frequently for the daily spin. They have now removed the daily spin and want us to play games for points AFTER enabling an invasive tracking preference. You're already tracking our spending and selling the data, Fetch. Now, we have to let you track our screen clicks and app usage to STILL never get a reward. ...how boring and dumb. I hope a higher up realizes this dying business model will cost you many accounts. Mine being one. Fetch is a scam. A scam making a lot of money off you. Wise up, people. Delete your account today!

    BEWARE......I'VE PRETTY MUCH STOPPED USING THE ******* On numerous occasions of getting $25 Amazon cards they took my points away & denied my gift card request. Only once gave me back ****** to do the same thing & deny & steal my points again. They claim I submitting on behalf of a business because I was crushing the **** point wine bonus. There is no customer service number to call, the email system had only unreasonable "We are right & you are wrong" people responding, & now my daily points wheel is gone. I have to download & play a game to get a bonus for submitting a receipt. My friends still have the wheel. I can't help that my ************* like to drink A LOT of alcohol especially wine on the weekends. They have no right to take away my points even after admitting in emails my receipts were legit. I personally think someone was jealous of my activity & flagged my account & rendering it useless now for me to submit receipts. I had really enjoyed using the app & all the gift cards for the longest time but I think until they improve how they operate & give me back my almost ****** points they literally stole from me that I'm done with Fetch

    Hello! Per our Terms of Service, Fetch only allows users to scan receipts from their own purchases. Additionally, we prohibit the submission of receipts for purchases made on behalf of a business or other organization.

    As these submissions are not valid receipts per our Terms of Service, it may lead to the removal of points that will not be re-issued.

    I have had enough with Fetch Rewards theft of my points. I stopped using the app for more than 2 weeks to let them straighten out their nonsense & to deduct any points they felt fit to deduct from my account. I did this after they deducted almost ****** points between trying to claim (3) $25 Amazon gift ************ refused them. 3 days ago I tried again to claim a $10 Amazon gift card and yet again they stole approximately ***** points. I have NOT broken any terms of use & have submitted all legit receipt(with them admitting legit receipts in email). I want my points back & to be able to submit & receive my gift cards. This abuse of my account from is absolutely ridiculous & uncalled for. I have tried several time to be reasonable & work with them but they absolutely refuse to show any proof of a legitimate reason for stealing my points. This has to be the worse company to work with regarding rewards/rebates/coupons. With only email correspondence they make it out that you are absolutely at fault & refuse to cooperate. If this matter is not resolved soon for my ****** points I will be deleting my account & giving poor recommendations to anyone who asks

    I've been using Fetch for 2+ years and have loved it! Very user friendly app, easy to scan and receive points, great customer service.Reason for 4 stars and not 5: I'm so disappointed that the Daily Spin Reward was decommissioned and is being replaced with games. Not everyone has the time or the interest to play games to earn the additional rewards, so in my opinion this was not a great decision. Did you do any customer research/user experience before making this decision?I'll be looking at other options to share my data to receive rewards.Ty

    Miss the daily rewards and checked out the Fetch play but to confusing and to time consuming. Plus it put to much clutter on my phone so I uninstalled it.
