    I have no issues with FETCH! It's actually like a part of my daily routine. The very small issues are settled very quickly. I enjoy playing the games as well! I recommend. I have a small circle so here's my chance to encourage whomever is reading....Download & join FETCH!!!

    Fetch is a great app and I would highly recommend it..I mean seriously, who doesn’t love to receive free gift cards for nothing, technically?!?!? You’re shopping, whether in stores or online, anyways…why not take 30 seconds, or less, to quickly submit your receipt and earn points that add up quicker than you would think! You can then exchange your points for gift cards to literally 100’s of different places or even for a Visa gift card.

    Very frustating! For some unknown reason the program does not give me points on some games. I have to let support know. They add the missing points but then I can't earn points on the game anymore even when there are more levels to complete. I really like the games and am sick of not being able to earn points anymore. Yes, I can still play the game but with no levels to earn from what is the point??!!

    It seems easy enough and I am glad that they don't appear to send me constant marketing emails or texts.... BUT I have not been credited several times for "high points" items that it almost seems intentional. It is also hard to get it corrected.

    I earned so many gift cards with the points. I bought a lot of stuff off of Amazon and eaten in restaurants. If I have any missing points I email Fetch and they respond quickly by resolving the issue and gotten my points within 24 hours. I play all the games. I read the instructions. I followed the rules and because of it - Ive gotten a lot of gift cards from earning points rewards

    Signed up for an offer to drive for **** eats and was told ****** points would be issued to my account as a first time deliverer within two weeks. Two weeks later, I reach out due to see why my points werent issued and support claimed I had driven for **** eats before, which I have proof that I havent. Support then told me they will no longer assist me. I dont recommend anyone use the fetch app. They made money off me signing up and then didnt give me what they offered.

    For two years, Fetch Rewards was a great app, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. My account was accessed without my permission, and all my accumulated points were used to enter a sweepstakes I had no involvement in. When I contacted customer service to report this unauthorized activity, I was met with resistance and what felt like gaslighting. They insisted the points were non-refundable and denied that my account was compromised, despite clear evidence of fraudulent use. This lack of support for a security breach is truly frustrating.
