    My experience with Fortrea Clinical Trials was deeply disappointing, highlighting a lack of communication and professionalism. I referred my sister to a study for lactating women, expecting a smooth process. However, she was not informed about the refer-a-friend form during her phone interview or in-person screening, which cost me the promised $500 referral compensation. Despite my effortsdriving her to all appointments and taking time off workFortreas failure to provide clear instructions resulted in a frustrating loss.When I addressed my concerns with ********, the Assistant Clinic Director, her response felt dismissive and impersonal, merely reiterating the companys policy instead of offering any real assistance. Given Fortrea's vast resources as a multinational corporation, its disappointing they couldnt make a simple accommodation. This lack of transparency and attention to detail has eroded my trust in their processes.Unfortunately, my negative experience with Fortrea isnt unique; Ive encountered similar issues with QPS in ***********, **. Both companies have left me questioning whether they genuinely care about participants or are solely focused on their bottom line.Clinical trials should prioritize clear communication and participant support, yet my experience suggests otherwise. I was simply trying to help my sister, but Fortrea's lack of effort in ensuring I was informed and accommodated has left me feeling undervalued and disillusioned with their operations.
