    May 31 2023. Fire in kitchen which suffocated itself, didnt burn through drywall. No water damage as none was used. Fire damage in kitchen, soot and smoke damage throughout house, everything has to be cleaned up. Revive on scene day after fire. ******** in charge.Good progress until mid August, Revive lost interest in project, no progress - nothing!**** Informed us ******** no longer with Revive.Some of the promised work and repairs disappear with ******** (no budget).Late Oct early Nov. ********* notified ***************** carrier for house) no heat in house in freezing weather as noted above no work or workers at site for months.Temporary heat installed, electric heater in kitchen which had no ceiling. All heat drifting into the attic and out the attic vents.Met Revive folks there, they didnt seem to think there was a problem.Begin working with ******. Temporary insulation installed above kitchen.Plywood floor added on kitchen subfloor.Dec 11 work begins on fixing heat. Jan 11 Kitchen cabinets finalized with **********, ********* dissuaded from ordering cabinets at 30% off sale, Revive assures they can get same discount. ****** meets personally with **********, Cabinets really close to budget, revive to order cabinets.Working with ********** to design dining room built in ***** cabinet.Jan 24 dining room cabinet design finalized, sent over to **************************** drywalled.Jan 23 home interior painted at least (transparent) first coat. Feb 5 **** called, ****** out for undetermined length of time, ********** cabinets are double budget, cabinets still not ordered. Every time **** gets involved in this project, the budget shrinks or major problems ensue, we feel very uncomfortable.Feb 6 extended calls with *****************). Eight and a half months into a six month project

    After I sent my complaint to you we had a meeting with Revive on Feb. 19. We followed up with a meeting at the (unfinished) house on Feb. 22nd. The second meeting was with a new project manager now assigned to the project, he impressed us, nice young man. He measured everything so as to get material ordered.

    Our daughter stopped to pick up mail at the house last week. We spoke with her later and she reports nothing has been done. The house looks exactly the way it did when Ioriginally sent in my complaint to BBB.

    In addition to everything else the insurance folks are saying the funding of this project will end at the one year ***** *** 31st, the date of the fire.  

    The kitchen cabinets have been a source of  problems as they were being ordered from a supplier other than their preferred source. It seemed a source of irritation that we went somewhere else for cabinets. The cabinets were going to be ordered in Jan. then Feb. the cabinets were actually ordered Apr 12th with a 5 to 6 week lead time.

    In case youre wondering, weve been out of state intermittently from the start battling a medical problem. Weve currently been away over a month already and have several more weeks to go.

    The short answer is, in my mind, no, the matter is not yet resolved (as youve read above). Please do not remove my complaint.

    Hopefully no one else will have to go through this.

    I assure you I am trying top make this right for *********,  Another solution would be to install the current tub that was purchased and do a tiled surround.  The biggest issue with the 32 tub is the surround not fitting into the space.

    Every plumber has fixtures theyre trying to get rid of. The plumber can dump this on someone else. 

    She ordered the correct tub with the dimensions supplied by Revive. You said because it was your mistake youd make it right.

    You promised, be a man of your word. Get ********* the correct tub for her back condition. She supplied you with a couple of options.

    It was a partial house fire. They were to replace some fascia and soffits. Original color was green, and the new material didn't match original. So they were to replace the whole house. ***************** estimate was for new fascia new soffits and removal of gutters and put them back up. I changed the color of the fascia and soffits to black, I asked them for a quote for new black gutters. They sent me a text saying they emailed me a quote for "replacing" the gutters. After I reviewed the quote I didn't want them to do it, so I sent a text back saying I will not need you to replace the gutters, I will have someone else do it. So they did the house work but threw away the gutters and I have no gutters on my house!!!! Replace the gutters...,this is where communication is the problem. I use the word they used to describe the estimated quote with.So they offered to remove the "put back up" cost from my bill. Or they should have put them back up! If I have someone else to do my gutters can mean they will paint them black or put up new, this should be my choice and it doesn't mean I will have it done tomorrow. It's been raining and I have no gutters. They offered $1000 off the price for them to put new gutters on my house, but mine where fine just the wrong color. Also the down spouts are the grey color of the house and 6 feet of that is also missing, why?Can you please help me . There are other problems I had with them but this is the worst one.
