    My wife had recently purchased a 3 month unlimited membership package for F45 Mineral Point (WI), with the membership running through December. On November 25th 2024 received an email stating that the business was closed effective immediately. We assumed there would be a follow for next steps on membership reimbursement, but after giving it several weeks we started reaching out. All emails have come back undeliverable, and phone calls to previously used business lines go unanswered, with no ability to leave voicemails. We are hoping to get assistance in contacting the owner and ultimately get reimbursed for ~$100 in services we didnt receive.

    Paid for a 6month unlimited membership on 10JUL2024 for $775.00 (therefore my membership goes until 10JAN2025). Bank statement can be provided with payment confirmation upon request. On 25NOV2024, without warning an email was sent stating the doors were closed with no information on how to be refunded or next steps. Reached out to corporate headquarters, who stated since its a franchise that the owner ******* must reconcile and blind copied him on the email. No response ever received from ****** All emails referenced in this statement may be provided upon request. My membership was for 184 days and with the sudden closing of the gym, I had to forfeit 46 days. Per day, the cost is $4.21, therefore $193.66 should be refunded to my account for unused membership or minimum of $129.17 (monthly rate).
