    This business fails at making contact with my wife, fails at placing her into a rental, and fails at asking for pictures of the damages to the car to even get the process rolling. The last contact was via text days ago saying they were going to call that afternoon to get her recorded statement. At this point Im looking into pursuing legal avenues. They werent even aware that there was an accident which could just be a failure on their insured party who was found at fault with reporting. They wanted us to get the vehicle out of the tow lot as it was raking up unnecessary expenses. Luckily our insurance is helping us. This company ***** as we are now 6 days post accident with nothing being said or done to resolve the situation. This car was garage kept and in immaculate condition with safer upgrades done as we have 2 special needs children and one is in a wheelchair. We want the car replaced and this to be resolved quickly.

    This claim has been sitting with ***************** sin e early May 2024. The property adjuster *************************** told me the claim was ready in mid June and she would call me by the end of the day to discuss.We are now heading into August and every time i call her she never return my phone calls unless i reach out tp upper management. She has now claimed she never received photos afgsr telling me the claim eas all set in mid June. I called her again and ha e not hear from her. This need to be resolved. This is a 97 year old woman house and she need to return to her home. I am asling for this matter to be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you, ***********************

    Car was totaled in an accident (not at fault). Midvale insurance will not pay me what my car is selling for on autotrader.com or cars.com. Had brand new tires on it, they threw in $200 for it. They need to pay me the amount that it would cost for me to buy a car like it, not a randomly selected lower number.

    I filed an accident claim with Midvale insurance that occurred on march 1st. The initial claims specialist had a predetermined quote regarding the damage to my vehicle without taking my statement or pictures into consideration. The representative stated only 70% off the damage would be covered. I followed up with the supervisor and was offered an inconvenience credit to increase the coverage to 80%, this is unacceptable based off the lack of diligence and evidence the representatives required in order to assess the claim properly. I have received the runaround by both the representative and supervisor and have been trying to get my vehicle repaired for the last month and a half

    I have attached the new documentation you the insurance company fails to review. I also included a screenshot of the email I sent to the customer affairs representative last Friday May 10th. I have yet to receive a response from the agent either via phone or email.
    They have also provided me with a brand new statement saying I failed to stop at an intersection. Over the last couple of interactions they have changed the details of the accident and continue to increase their negligence while adding additional false statements. They have not taken any of the statements or evidence I have provided to them into consideration. Their medical claims team understood the issue and agreed that this was not right. I requested an additional agent to review the incident report and Midvale insurance has failed to fulfill that request.

    I canceled my auto insurance with this company and was not insured by them during the period they have billed me for. I can prove no money was given to them and they never had anything refunded back to me to create this balance. Ive called multiple times and have filed multiple requests to correct this issue because its severely affecting my credit score. No one at this company cares about me and no one will ever call me back for resolution. They are being fraudulent.

    I do not accept Midvales response to the fraudulent behavior.  I have called them multiple times on this issue and filed multiple complaints over the past months.  They were given multiple opportunities to correct the issue privately and they said multiple times they were making it a priority to fix the issue and that they would call me to resolve the issue and they have not done so.  That being said, I see that their response is that they are going to call me again and they want this case closed and they wont post the details of my case on BBB because they are protecting me and my information?  I want the details of my case put on the BBB website so everyone knows how I was treated during this matter so people can be held accountable.  This is the same company that just had a major security breach and no one could access their account details for weeks when you called them.  This has gone on for too long.  Beware

    I bought insurance from them on10/01/2022 and they canceled my insurance the next day without telling me. I found out because the tag office send me a letter and they said i did have insurance and to go to the tag office and fix it. When i told them it said its canceled they said they would send the paper work back to them, but informed that i was insured. Later i found out that nothing was fixed when I got pulled over by the officer and that i had penaltys from the tag office. They never wanted to give a refund and didn't pay me for the penaltys. So i called ny bank and showed them the proof on what i am saying. They gave me my money they did a 2 months investigaton. And now midvale insurance is demanding the money back and sending letter threating to go to collection

    Midvale Home and Auto never submitted a charge for an auto-renewal policy according to my bank. However, Midvale claimed they did--then later told me my card had expired. Again, my credit card instituation, CitiBank did not receive any request for payment. Payment was not received and they canceled my policy. Midvale claimed they sent me a warning letter, which I did not receive.As a result of insurance lapsing, I was fined by AZ motor vehicle division, and my renewal insurance rates skyrocketed because I had "lack of coverage." When I asked Midvale about re-instating they said company policy did not permit, even if they failed to charge on an auto-renewal. They said it was up to me to insure Midvale was paid. I guess "Auto renewal" does not mean anything -- and it cost me hundreds once my policy was canceled. I had been a loyal customer for years.Also interesting that ********************** system is frequently down. It took a few calls at differnt times of the day to get my account to pull up. I think some governing board ought to investigate their data.
