    I ordered Boss Industrial 7-ton log splitter and their 4-way wedge online on May 10. The total amount I paid was $649.97 ($74.99 was the price of the 4-way wedge). The 7-ton splitter was delivered on May 16, but the 4-way wedge was not included in the shipment. I sent emails to them three times and tried to call them on the phone. The phone message directed me to send an email "for faster service". But they never responded to my email. I am very disappointed in their lack of service and response. Would you please help me resolve this issue. I would like to received the 4-way wedge.

    Upon reviewing our records, we confirmed that Ms. ********** order for the 7-ton log splitter and 4-way wedge was placed on May 10th. The log splitter was delivered on May 16th, but the 4-way wedge was regrettably lost in that initial shipment. To resolve this, we promptly sent out a replacement 4-way wedge to Ms. ******** via *** with tracking number 1ZE1675C0320252445.


    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the delay in our response to Ms. ********** direct inquiries. We have recently undergone some internal service personnel changes, which unfortunately led to a temporary lapse in our response times. We are actively working to improve our customer service communication to prevent such occurrences in the future.


    We trust that the replacement 4-way wedge will resolve Ms. ********** concern.

    I placed an online order for replacement parts on 3/21/2025 for $146.46 (order #WEB4027). My order was confirmed, my card charged (3/21/2025), and I received a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number on 3/24/2025. The tracking number never updated from a message stating they had not received the package from the shipper. I reached out directly to Boss Industrial via email 5 times (about once a week) and only received a single vague and unprofessional response on 4/8/2025 stating "multiple parts" from my order were on back-order and they were wondering if I wanted to cancel or wait until the "end of April or possibly May". There was no clarification of what parts were on back-order and all parts are currently listed as "in-stock" on their website. I responded asking for clarification and never got a response. I reached out via phone and left a message, also with no response. There is no option to cancel my order, which I would prefer not to do since I need the replacement parts but I'm now out my money and my parts so I'm not sure what my options are at this point. Thank you.

    I ordered a log splitter 6/26/24 the oil dip stick does not fit. I have tried to call them for over a week and have emailed them multiple times with no response.I can't use the product and would like to speak with someone to get this resolved.
