    I have tried numerous times to contact them and the rep or customer service will not even have the courtesy to reply back ! I scheduled a demo in April and the local rep basically flaked on me ! I tried numerous times to contact them . If you dont want my money then I will find a brand that will. Save yourself your time and use a different company that at least shows up when needed!

    Hello-I am sorry for the issue you've had in getting a representative to you. Based on your zip code, it looks like you were in the territory covered by ***********************, who tendered her resignation at the end of March. We are still in the process of hiring a representative for your area, but in the interim we should be able to get you schedule with the Regional Manager for the **********, *************************.     Buyer beware !! This company promises a trial period and refund but doesnt deliver that or any kind of customer service .They will put you through **** and back.The worst company and the worst customer service ever! The rep wont care the minute he has your credit card details. After that , you have to deal with their poor customer service , accounting and management.Once the loupes are delivered no one even checks if they fit or are you able to work with it. All false promises and advertising!!!
