      I don't know what's going on, but Exact Sciences need to stop sending me this Cologuard **** I didn't ask for it, I didn't order it nor that I'll never ever use it. This is a scam that this company trying to make a fortune off of.

      Do not accept the Kit from Exact Sciences, , even if youy are asured that the insurance pais you will get a bill either for a full amount or for half, you will end up paying more than what the insurance company ******* aware !!!!!!! I wonder if they work on "Behalf" of cologuard pay them and keep the difference.

      Received a letter in the mail stating Cologuard was sending me a test kit I didn't order nor did my doctor. With a false positive rate at almost 30% for my age group, this test is worthless. Called Cologuard to cancel the order, they said it already shipped, they said to discard the box in the trash. Not going to discard in the trash and pollute our landfills with who knows what, but will be sending it back to them on their dime.

      Exact Sciences has called and texted several times regarding a colon screening test I never ordered, requested or inquired about. They keep recording my message after I told them as a Florida resident I do not consent to be recorded. They said they can’t remove me from their list until a give them my date of birth. Screams scam. Reported to FTC due to being on the DNC list. Reported to Florida Attorney General due to continual harassment and recording against my consent.

      Received cologuard kit that neither my doctor or health insurance ordered. Was warned about the cost of the test being 650 dollars and in my case not needed since i had already successfully had a colonoscopy with no problems. no one seems to have any info about prescribing me this since preventative work has already been done. I think this company is a bit dodgy.

      I underwent the Oncoguard Liver test by Exact Sciences, which was marketed at the time as a "liquid biopsy" for detecting liver cancer. The test returned a positive result, leading me to believe I had hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) for nine months. This period was filled with significant emotional distress and anxiety. Eventually, further diagnostic procedures confirmed that the initial result was a false positive.Exact Sciences promoted this test as a "liquid biopsy," a term that implies a high level of diagnostic accuracy. However, the test is intended as a screening tool, not a definitive diagnostic method. The initial clinical validation studies were conducted on a relatively small and homogeneous group, which may not accurately represent the broader, diverse population at risk for HCC. This raises concerns about the generalizability of the test's reported sensitivity and specificity.While the test may have potential benefits, the marketing approach and lack of clear communication regarding the possibility of false positives are, in my opinion, misleading and potentially harmful. Patients deserve transparent information to make informed decisions about their health.I do not trust Exact Sciences!

      My *** ordered a test, I received email my insurance doesn't cover it yet. Called insurance, covered 1x/year, it has been 3 years since last one. On the phone with Cologuard, a very rude *** kept insisting that I do not have coverage because I had a test in 2022 and according to him I can only have one every 2 years. 2+2=? but I am covered once a year anyway. Called again, similar, but more helpful *** promised to call insurance. Waisting our lives with these sucking insurances. Also, there is NOTHING on their website under "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" - unacceptable.

      Totally fraudulent. Never ordered kit, nor did my Healthcare provider. I am high risk with many pre-cancer polyps removed already. Company needs to be investigated! Zero stars for thieves!!!

      My doctor ordered a Cologuard test in January. Exact sciences sent me a text in February saying it was not covered yet by insurance but they would ship it when it was. Later in February exact sciences sent a text saying good news from my insurance my kit is on the way to me now. I completed the test thinking that message meant they got authorization because they shipped it. After my results I got a bill for the entire test for $681. I called my doctor, my insurance, and exact sciences. No answers. Weeks later I perused it and found out from my insurance that exact sciences never got an auth and they will work on documentation for a retro authorization. Yet exact sciences pressured me to make payments after billing me, promising they would keep the account from collections. What a racket. I could wait another few months or longer to do the test. I was in no hurry. Im disappointed in the dishonesty. It is wonderful to have the test and the results but the shipping, confirmation of authorization and billing practices appear unethical.

      Bait and switch FRAUD. Cologuard sent me a letter stating .."We want to send you a $25 rewards card for collecting your sample and returning your kit. To take part in this one-time offer, our lab must receive your completed kit by January 5th, 2025." They got my sample timely,(got my test result before the given deadline) The letter from Exact Sciences Laboratory was dated December 8, 2024. Order # ********* It is now March 12th. I have not received the $25 rewards card they promissed. I contacted company twice, was told to call 833 number which I also called 3 times.... wasted my time and was just given runaround every time and lied to. Please have card mailed to my home address that you have on record. Sincerely, ***** ****

      It is false advertising. Exact Sciences need to do better and stand by what was promissed in their letter. It is a matter of principal and doing honest business , not money.$25 is a small amount to tar your business reputation. Whoever is processing your reward gift cards is not doing their job.
