  Badger Brothers is was very easy to schedule an appointment. I answered a few questions on the phone about what I had to move and there was no pressure to pick a date. The movers (2 trucks) showed up on time on July 21st 2025. My crew worked so hard from the moment they arrived. They were very strong ! You could tell from watching them work that there was no concern about your items being mishandled. They made it look so easy. I don't want to move again, but if I did, I would call Badger Brothers.

  We have used Badger Brothers Moving twice, in summer 2021 and in summer 2024, both times have been great. Pricing and coordinating were clear and transparent. If we move again, we will work with Badger Brothers Moving for a third time.

  On June 11, ********************** and ********** arrived at our home in ******** to move us to ********* ******* in *********, They moved all of our furniture and boxes carefully and with great efficiency. They worked tirelessly to wrap and protect our belongings with great care. We are so grateful for the care they gave us that day. They were a joy to work with it. I recommend Badger Brothers for the important work they do. Moving can be very traumatic and stressful and the team at BBM do everything to help make the move go smoothly.

  I have used Badger Brothers Moving 4 times since 2018 and every single experience has been wonderful! The office staff is warm and friendly. The moving team is quick and knowledgeable. I was blown away by how carefully and diligently they worked while maintaining small talk the entire move. Moving is extremely stressful, but I know that when I call Badger Brothers my move will be handled properly. I hope I won't be moving again for a while, but if I do, I know who to call!

  Great service! My girlfriend and I moved in together from ******* to ********* **. They were on time, super efficient, and moved all of my belongings to our new apartment with no damages!

  Moving is one of the worst experiences. Customers are never in a position to be able to negotiate with a moving company. It's a take it or leave it deal. It's rough if a problem arises after they already have our stuff in their truck, and we must pay, no matter how badly they may have screwed something up. Despite the strains of moving, and my concerns about this final one of mine (to a senior community), my experience with Badger Bros WAS, OVERALL, VERY POSITIVE, AND A RELIEF. My main contact before the move was very prompt in answering all of my questions, and accommodating of my special needs. The movers and packers were friendly, and they hustled, And, nothing was lost or broken (unlike so many moves when that cannot be said). But, two criticisms: A. 3.5% "convenience" fee for paying by credit card. Badger's written disclosure of its fee is poorly worded (and is on one important document, but not the other). As worded, it leaves open the possibility that no fee will be charged. (It says that it will be charged unless the customer has no possible alternative way of paying. How many people really do have an alternative, with $2000 in their checking account)? That's why people USE credit cards!) Only after I called that ambiguity to the attention of my agent did he tell me that, in actuality, the fee is charged in ALL cases when credit card is used. Period. That should be clearly disclosed in writing, in advance. (It's smart to pay for a move by credit card; it's relatively easy to get the credit card bank to reverse a charge when a product or service has been faulty.) B. "Suggested" tips. On the pad used to approve and finalize the bill, Badger Bros "suggests" three levels of tip (with 20% being the lowest. On a $2000 bill, that was a $400 "tip". Really???!!!) Are they insane? I hope/assume that Badger Bros pays its people fairly. I gave my two movers a $30 tip to share. That's fair, and in line with all that a "tip" is supposed to be.

  I called the Waukesha office for my move . The two-man team assigned to me could not have been more professional, hardworking, or wonderful. My possessions were treated with the utmost care and concern despite the worst weather conditions. After 13 hours of very hard work, they even set up my bed! I would most definitely hire Badger again!
